Mr. Denney is the President and CEO of Teine and has served on Teineβs Board since May, 2015. Mr. Denney is a Professional Engineer with over 20 years of industry experience in both onshore and offshore resource development. He started his oil and gas career working for Murphy Oil based in Lloydminster. Subsequently, he joined Encana holding various senior engineering, operational and management positions. Mr. Denney is a founding member of Teine and was most recently Teineβs Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Denney holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calgary, is a member of APEGA and the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Mr. Hillier joined Teine in May 2014 and has over 30 years of experience in financial reporting and analysis, strategic planning, capital markets and investor relations. Prior to Teine, he served as CFO of several growing international and domestic energy companies, including Angle Energy Inc., Platino Energy Corp., C&C Energia Ltd. and Verenex Energy Inc. Prior thereto, Mr. Hillier held various positions with Nexen Inc. from 1991 through 2004.
Mr Hillier holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Manitoba and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta (CPA Alberta).
Mr. Ringrose is a Professional Engineer with over 20 years of industry experience. He started his oil and gas career working for Imperial Oil Resources and for the next 12 years held various senior engineering, operational and management positions with both Imperial Oil and ExxonMobil. Mr. Ringrose subsequently held the position of Vice President of Engineering for a successful junior private oil and gas company, and was most recently managing the development of the Kaybob Duvernay asset for Chevron Canada.
Mr. Ringrose holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance, both from the University of Calgary, and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).
Ms. Pedersen is a geologist with over 20 years of industry experience in both conventional and unconventional oil and gas plays. She started her career at PanCanadian Petroleum (Encana) and subsequently worked as a consultant to various junior oil and gas companies. She has been with Teine since inception of the company.
Ms. Pedersen has a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Queenβs University and a Master of Science from the University of Ottawa. She is a Professional Geologist and member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) and Saskatchewan (APEGS).
Mr. Homan brings over 20 years of oil and gas experience and has been with Teine since inception of the company. Prior to Marble Point Energy, Mr. Homan held various production roles at domestic and international companies including EOG and Gulf Canada Resources
Mr. Homan holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calgary. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).
Mr. Cumberland brings over 20 years of oil and gas experience and has been with Teine since March 2010. Prior thereto, he held various exploitation-focused roles at domestic and international companies including Berens Energy, Burlington Resources and Nexen.
Mr. Cumberland holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).
Mr. Romansky brings over 30 years of oil and gas experience and is a founding member of Teine. Prior thereto, Mr. Romansky held senior operating and engineering roles at domestic and international companies including Argo Energy Ltd., Calpine Energy (Encal Energy), Anglo Albanian Petroleum, Westmin Resources and PanCanadian Petroleum since 1985.
Mr. Romansky holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Alberta. He is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA) and Saskatchewan (APEGS).
Ms. Verrier has over 20 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis and treasury and was appointed Vice President, Finance & Treasurer of Teine in May 2014. She has been with Teine since 2011 and prior thereto was an independent consultant providing finance and treasury services on a contract basis to oil and gas companies. Previously she served in various finance and reporting roles with DC Energy Services Inc. / Total Oilfield Rentals LP and BA Energy Inc. / Value Creation Inc.
Ms. Verrier is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Masters of Accounting from the University of Manitoba.

Mr. Bourne has served on Teine's Board of Directors since August, 2019 and is currently a director of the Canadian Public Accountability Board. He was Chairman of Ballard Power from May, 2006 to June, 2018 and Chairman of SNC-Lavalin from May, 2013 to March, 2015, following his role as Interim Chief Executive Officer of SNC-Lavalin from March, 2012 to October, 2012. He is a former Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of TransAlta Corporation. Mr. Bourne has served as a director and chaired committees of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, Wajax Corporation, Canadian Oil Sands Limited, Hydro One Limited, TransAlta Power LP, and many not-for-profit organizations. Mr. Bourne is a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Mr. Chorney has served on Teine's Board of Directors since the reorganization of its predecessor in 2010, and had served as a director of the predecessor since 2005. He brings over 40 years of experience in the petroleum industry and has served on numerous oil and gas public company and energy trust boards. These companies include Daylight Energy Ltd. (2006-2011); TUSK Energy Corporation (2005-2009); Norquay Capital Ltd. (now Xtreme Coil Drilling Corp.) (2005-2006); Tiger-Cat Energy Ltd. / RMS Systems Inc. (2005-2008); Sequoia Oil & Gas Ltd. (2005-2006); Argo Energy Ltd. (2002-2005); and Argonauts Group Ltd. (1998-2002). Mr. Chorney served as Director of Production and Drilling and Project Director for Anglo Albanian Petroleum Ltd. (a private international oil and gas company) from June 1998 to July 2000. Prior thereto, he was Vice President and General Manager of Heavy Oil Operations, PanCanadian Petroleum Ltd. Mr. Chorney is a professional engineer and an independent businessman.
Mr. Chambers has served on Teine's Board of Directors since June 2015 and is a Senior Principal with Canada Pension Plan Investment Board ("CPPIB") in the Energy and Resources group. Prior to joining CPPIB in 2010, Mr. Chambers worked in the Financial Restructuring Group at global investment bank, Houlihan Lokey, Inc. He holds an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
Ms. Dalgetty has served on Teineβs Board of Directors since March, 2020 and is currently the Vice President, Finance and Services at the University of Calgary, a position she has held since July 2014. In her role at the University of Calgary, she has direct responsibility for a large portfolio that includes finance, human resources, information technology, risk, ancillary operations and internal audit. Prior to joining the University of Calgary Ms. Dalgetty served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Saxon Energy Services, Inc. from 2013 to 2014. Prior to her role at Saxon, Ms. Dalgetty served from 1995 to 2013 in various roles of increasing responsibility at Nutrien Ltd. (formerly, Agrium Inc. ("Nutrien")) and Agroservicios Pampeanos SA (a wholly owned Argentine subsidiary of Nutrien), with her final role being Nutrien's Chief Information Officer. Ms. Dalgetty holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary and is a Chartered Accountant. Ms. Dalgetty is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Mr. Howe has served on Teine's Board of Directors since the reorganization of its predecessor in 2010, and had served as a director of the predecessor since 2005. He brings over 35 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, and currently is President of Bragg Creek Financial Consultants Ltd., a private financial consulting corporation. Mr. Howe has been a director and/or Chief Financial Officer for several public and private energy companies during his career, and currently serves on the boards of the following public companies: Ensign Energy Services Inc., Pason Systems Inc., and Bengal Energy Inc. Mr. Howe is a Chartered Accountant and an independent businessman.
Mr. Zelenczuk has served on Teine's Board of Directors since 2012. From 2013 to May 2018 he was the Senior Managing Director and Chief Operations Officer for the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB). Prior to that he was the Chief Financial Officer for CPPIB for 4 years. Mr. Zelenczuk has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has held a number of senior roles in investment banking, telecommunications, and consulting. Earlier in his career, he served as President and CEO of Deutsche Bank Canada.
Mr. Zelenczuk also serves on the boards of Wilton Re Ltd. (a life re-insurance company) and Trillium Health Partners (a leading community hospital). He holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queenβs University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants.
