As per our notice of February 10, 2017, effective December 1, 2016, Teine Energy Ltd. ("TEL") transferred all of its assets associated with its heavy oil business in the Province of Saskatchewan to Teine Heavy Oil Partnership ("Teine Partnership").
Effective February 1, 2018, all invoices for TEL and Teine Partnership must be in the correct legal name of the entity for which goods or services were provided. Invoices with the wrong entity name will be returned to vendors for correction. TEL and Teine Partnership will not be responsible for payment delays resulting from incorrect invoicing.

We strongly encourage vendors to register with Cortex Business Solutions’ (www.cortex.net) e-Invoicing system. This system allows TEL and Teine Partnership to electronically receive invoices and supporting documentation from vendors in a timely manner and generally results in reduced payment cycle times. Alternatively, vendors may email invoices to apayable@teine-energy.com.
