Teine Energy Ltd. Appoints new Senior Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer

Teine Energy Ltd. is pleased to announce the appointment of Ken D. Hillier, CA, as its Senior Vice- President Finance and Chief Financial Officer effective May 1, 2014. Mr. Hillier is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’ experience in financial reporting and analysis, strategic planning, capital markets and investor relations. Most recently he was Chief Financial Officer of Angle Energy Inc., a public oil and gas company, which was sold in December, 2013. Prior to that Mr. Hillier was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of C&C Energia Ltd., and prior to that, he held the same position with Verenex Energy Inc., both of which were public oil and gas companies listed on the TSX. Mr. Hillier’s knowledge of both the capital markets and the oil and gas industry will make him a strong addition to Teine Energy Ltd.’s executive team.
